Career and marriage?... am I struggling?

Today is one of those days that I question how I am coping with being married and working towards a high flying career.

I hear of woman that have it all and the promise from the governement and companies that there are policies and opportrunities in place to make it possible. Then, I throw in the element of being black, then my thooughts get messier.

Is there any young, black, married, career-minded, christian female out there that has it all?

That reminds me, I am also the first child of three children and constantly supporting my siblings to reach for the skies. How can I do all things and do it successfully?

What do I do?

I am one of those people, called "contractors", but I see myself as an "interim manager"; gaining varying experience across many companies and building up a nice portfolio of expertise within a very short period of time.
